Jewellery Care

We hope you love your new jewellery purchase. For any solid gold jewellery purchased through our shop, it is made to last for generations. To ensure that your new jewellery piece lasts:

🖤 Clean your jewellery at home with warm, mildly soapy water and a very soft brush.Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
🖤 When storing your jewellery, keep them separate by wrapping them in tissue or cloth when travelling, or stored in separate compartments of a jewellery box. This includes separating each earring in a pair.
🖤 Avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals (ex. chlorine, perfume, hair products, soap)

Looking after your hoops

If you have bought a pair of our hoop earrings, please open them by pressing down lightly on the thinner portion of the hoop. Please make sure you listen for the click to ensure they are properly closed.

Shipments to Canada and the US are not subject to customs or duty fees. For shipments to other countries, please be aware that they may be subject to customs and duties in accordance with the specific regulations of the destination.
